Having attended your free session, you can book as many further sessions as you like. Your Personal Trainer will be in touch via email to book you in for your nutrition / body analysis.
Step 3
Begin your program of Conditioning Classes. You can attend one session a week or more if you wish.
This is a rolling programme that you can join any time.
