    Owner & Personal Trainer
    After leaving school I become a qualified personal trainer, and with the thirst to learn more have continued my studies, furthering my education in program design/nutrition and strength based performance.

    Now 10 years later and as owner of The Workout Lab, my main focus is to help busy people get into great shape, not just physically but also help them get a better quality of life, these are people from mums to dads, office workers and people with demanding jobs.

    Being a family man myself I understand the struggles, and juggling responsibilities of life and self-care.

    My main focus is my 12 week plans, on-line and face to face we focus on the 3 main pillars but I use variety of training methodologies and nutrition protocols depending on my clients individual needs.

    Joel is seasoned fitness professional with a decade of experience in the industry, six of which he has dedicated to personalised training.

    Outside of training, Joel boasts over 20 years of experience as a professional wrestler. His career has taken him across the globe, including a memorable 3-year stint in Florida working with the WWE.

    He takes pride in crafting sessions that blend various training styles, ensuring clients not only reach their goals but also relish their fitness journey.

    Personal Trainer
    Bryan is a fully qualified personal trainer, working with clients in ​the Salisbury area for over 15 years.

    Since the beginning of his fitness career, Bryan has helped ​many clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve their ​individual goals. This has included training for marathons, ​weight loss, muscle gain, improving flexibility and general ​fitness for everyday life.

    As nutrition has such an important role to all training goals, ​Bryan provides nutritional guidance to work alongside the training ​programmes to achieve maximum results.

    Josh is a first-class Sport & Exercise Science graduate with a strong passion for fitness, health, and performance.

    Skilled in exercise programming, physiology, and helping clients achieve their goals, he is motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting others to improve their strength and wellbeing.

    Josh also plays semi-professional football for our local team, Salisbury, bringing his experience of high-level sport, teamwork, and discipline to his training approach.
